I hadn’t visited a car dealership since 2009, so I went in with low expectations. I was absolutely blown away by the experience. I was shopping for a Tesla Model Y, and Nick (I think that was his name, sorry if I got it wrong!) was phenomenal. He went above and beyond, even reaching out early in the morning when the exact vehicle I wanted became available.
The entire purchasing process was incredibly smooth. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Triston, who is the definition of class and genuinely kind-hearted, walked me through every detail and calmly eased any nerves I had.
All in all, this was the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be returning soon to purchase another vehicle for my security company, and I look forward to working with Nick and Triston again!... More

I’m not a big review guy, service has to be incredible for me to review. Let me tell you, Jordan at Brown and Brown Wholesale, made purchasing my Tesla the easiest and best dealership experience I’ve ever had. I went in to look at a different Tesla they had a few weeks ago. We sat down, told him what I was looking for, what I wanted to trade-in and within minutes we looked at what was available. No normal salesman tricks or games, just a straight up process. That one didn’t work out, but for the next few weeks Jordan stayed in touch with me with any new inventory. Finally, my car came in. I went to complete the paperwork, and within what felt like minutes, the test drive was done, my trade-in was done and I was heading back home in my new Tesla.
